We ship by Global EMS Service and all parcels are delivered in a time sensitive manner. 3 days delivery to any part of USA and 5-7 working days to the rest of the other countries. What you are charged on shipment is exactly the same as what the EMS is charging on us. For certain places where EMS does not reach, we choose another courier services. Irrespective of cost levied by other couriers, our price for shipping remain unaltered and on such cases the extra cost of shipping is absorbed by the company.For US customers our parcels are delivered by USPS(www.usps.com) under the same tracking issued at the shipping port.

How many days do you expect to receive your ordered items?
Galaxy Shoppe strive for excellence in service. We will process your order immediately upon receiving them. In the event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will inform you via email about the delay.

Shipping time would vary between 2-5 days depending on your region in the world. We utilize EMS Speedpost to ship all orders. Since we specialize in US and Western European countries, these regions enjoy faster delivery.

Average Total Delivery Time is 7-10 working days from the day of receipt of your order.

Custom and Import Duties
Under normal circumstances, shipments for items meant for USA usually does not incur any duties. But again it is subjected to your custom's discretion. Different countries have varied customs policies, therefore you may be subjected to shipment delays. Your purchase will consider you as the importer of the item into your country and any forms of import duties and taxes will be borne by customer, if needed. Please comply with all regulations of the country in which you receive your goods.

For instances whereby a shipment had been made and tax had occured at consignee's destination, the parcel can not be rejected by consignee and reshipped back to Galxy Shoppe. Such actions will not mean the consignee do not have to pay for taxes. Our company is not responsible to bare any costs for reshipment back nor any taxes by destination customs that had already incurred. Consignee will still be charged accordingly in the event that such acts are unfortunately triggered.

Return Policy
We will gladly refund any defective product and exchange any unwanted products, within 30 days of arrival. There is a 30-DAY WARRANTY on our products, for manufacturers defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage.
